Traffic quality, refunds, and appeals

Published quality measures

Rusaka Markets intends to measure both the count and value of matured refunds, revocations, and chargebacks over rolling 30-, 90-, and 180-day plus lifetime windows. Views will be segmented by affiliate, campaign, store, product, country, and acquisition channel.

• Refund count rate: matured refunded or revoked qualifying purchases divided by matured verified qualifying purchases.
• Refund value rate: refunded or revoked eligible billing value divided by original matured eligible billing value.
• Chargeback count and value rates are tracked separately as higher-severity payment disputes.
• Test, sandbox, duplicate, and invalid purchases enter neither numerator nor denominator.

Fair minimum samples and context

Initial thresholds will operate in shadow mode and remain proposed until calibration. Automated adverse action will require a mature minimum sample, proposed initially as at least 20 matured conversions or 5,000 reporting-currency eligible billings. Small samples cannot automatically cause permanent suspension.

Product defects, provider outages, legitimate customer-support remedies, regional patterns, and peer cohort baselines will be considered. All genuine refunds still adjust eligible billings, but a company-side fault must not be mislabelled as affiliate misconduct.

Graduated and reviewable controls

An affiliate dashboard will show the numerator, denominator, cohort, observation window, policy version, reason, hold or reserve amount, next review date, and appeal path. Reserves cannot exceed unpaid commission, seize unrelated credits, or silently reduce a statement. They will release automatically when the disclosed window clears unless a linked loss remains.

These affiliate controls do not limit a customer's right to seek a refund from Apple, Google, Rusaka Markets support, or under applicable law.

• Healthy: standard disclosed hold and payout processing.
• Watch: warning, remediation guidance, enhanced monitoring, and a longer disclosed hold.
• Restricted: human-reviewed pause on new campaigns and a visible reserve against unpaid commission.
• Suspended: new attribution stopped only for severe or confirmed abuse, with dual approval and appeal.
