Affiliate marketing rules

Required conduct

• Clearly disclose the compensated relationship close to the promotion using an understandable label such as Ad, Sponsored, Partnership, or Affiliate, as appropriate under current ASCI guidance and applicable law.
• Keep the disclosure upfront and prominent in the language of the promotion; do not hide it in a profile, below the fold, among unrelated hashtags, or behind another click.
• Use truthful, substantiated product descriptions and approved brand assets.
• Obtain required consent for promotional email, SMS, or calls and honour suppression and unsubscribe requests.
• Describe Rusaka Markets research as educational information, not personalised investment advice or a guaranteed outcome.

Prohibited conduct

• Spam, purchased lists, impersonation, fake reviews, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, or code scraping.
• Self-referral, controlled duplicate accounts, transaction/refund manipulation, or coordinated account farms.
• Misleading earnings, return, accuracy, safety, discount, affiliation, or regulatory claims.
• Unapproved sub-affiliates, trademark domains, brand-keyword practices, or unlawful/abusive content.

Enforcement

The proposed ladder is warning or request for information, campaign restriction, conversion or payout hold, suspension, termination, compensating adjustment under the agreement, and legal escalation where necessary. Material outcomes will have reasons, evidence, human review, and an appeal route.
