Delete your Rusaka Markets account

The official public deletion page for the Rusaka Markets mobile application and web service. You do not need to sign in to submit a request.

How deletion works

  1. Enter the email address used for your Rusaka Markets account.
  2. Provide a reason and confirm the acknowledgement.
  3. Confirm ownership using the email link sent to you within three days.
  4. Confirmed deletion is scheduled within 60 days and can be cancelled until processing begins.

Data deleted and retained

A full-account request covers authentication and Rusaka Markets records directly linked to the account, including profile details and saved in-app data. Minimal processing, fraud, security, and legally required records may remain for their applicable retention period. Backup copies expire through the provider's normal cycle.
