Rusaka Markets is an educational research and technology product. No content or tool guarantees accuracy, suitability, execution, profit, or protection from loss. Read this Disclaimer together with the Terms of Service and the risk notice shown in the relevant feature.

1. Educational information, not personalized advice

Company pages, market data, reports, chat responses, screeners, rankings, watchlists, news, alerts, resources, and connected-account views are general educational information. Through these product surfaces, Rusaka Markets does not provide services as your SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, stock broker, portfolio manager, custodian, lawyer, accountant, or tax adviser. Content is not an offer, solicitation, personalized recommendation, suitability determination, or assurance of return.

2. Community sentiment and user content

Community posts, comments, profiles, reactions, shares, instrument tags, and BUY, NEUTRAL, or SELL votes are created by users. They are community opinion—not investment advice, official Rusaka Markets research, a broker signal, or analyst consensus. Popularity, follower count, verification state, leaderboard placement, moderation status, or a company-screen appearance does not establish truth, expertise, independence, or endorsement.

Users and affiliates may have positions, incentives, or conflicts that are unknown or incompletely disclosed. Treat urgent tips, guaranteed-return claims, coordinated activity, and requests for money or credentials as high risk and report suspected abuse.

3. AI and automated analysis

AI can hallucinate, misread a filing, omit a qualification, confuse securities, use stale context, calculate incorrectly, or present an inference as fact. A citation shows a retrieval path, not that the source or conclusion is complete or correct. Automated scores, sentiment, forecasts, targets, probabilities, summaries, and explanations are uncertain model outputs, not promises. Review the original source and use qualified human advice for consequential decisions.

4. Market, company, fund, and news data

Prices, volumes, corporate actions, filings, financial statements, ratios, NAVs, holdings, index values, news, timestamps, and exchange classifications may be delayed, adjusted, estimated, incomplete, duplicated, corrected, or unavailable. “Live” refers only to the displayed provider state and does not guarantee exchange-grade latency. A missing timestamp is not current data. Confirm material information with the issuer, exchange, fund, regulator, broker, or other authoritative source.

5. Trading, connected accounts, and crypto risk

Securities and crypto assets can be volatile and can cause loss of some or all capital. Liquidity, slippage, volatility, leverage elsewhere, outages, forks, delistings, cyber events, regulation, and counterparty failure can materially affect value. Historical performance, backtests, technical indicators, and simulated or community outcomes do not predict future results.

A portfolio display, order preview, acknowledgement, pending state, or cancellation request does not guarantee execution or settlement. The selected broker or exchange record is authoritative. Rusaka Markets does not custody your money or securities through these features; AI cannot autonomously submit an order; and no price, speed, execution, cancellation, or outcome is guaranteed.

6. Calculators, tax, and legal information

Calculators, glossaries, filing guides, and regulatory resources use simplified assumptions and may not reflect your facts, current rules, fees, taxes, or rounding. They are educational aids, not legal, accounting, tax, compliance, or valuation opinions.

7. Affiliate and promotional statements

A referrer, affiliate, creator, employee, user, or third party may have a material connection or receive a benefit. Required disclosure does not validate a claim. A discount, credit, commission, ranking, or promotional message is not investment advice and does not change the risk of the underlying research or market activity. Report misleading promotion to info.rm@rusaka.com.

8. Third-party services and links

Rusaka Markets may link to or integrate providers that control their own information, availability, security, eligibility, pricing, and decisions. Their inclusion does not constitute endorsement and Rusaka Markets cannot guarantee their continued operation.

9. Your responsibility

Consider your objectives, financial circumstances, knowledge, time horizon, liquidity needs, and ability to bear loss. Read official documents, protect credentials, review provider confirmations, preserve transaction records, and obtain appropriately registered or qualified advice when needed. If you do not understand a product or risk, do not proceed.
